Developing IXTAbox 2025

When developing the 2025 IXTAbox models, we drew on everything we’ve learned. From customer feedback and supplier insights to our own experience. We started from scratch, creating brand-new 3D CAD drawings for every component, with improvements in usability, assembly, and material efficiency. Both the PRO and Classic models reflect this development, each offering distinct features to suit different needs.

PRO: Everyday Luxury for Adventure and Daily Life

IXTAbox PRO is designed for those who appreciate premium features: integrated LED lighting, pre-mounted rails, improved aerodynamics, and optional add-ons like retractable handles, a textured lid, a 12V outlet and dividers.

The PRO model also comes equipped with our in-house developed fixation device, designed specifically for IXTAbox and crash-tested at the Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute (VTI). Classic: Practical, Durable Storage for Everyday Adventures

IXTAbox Classic is the practical, affordable choice—featuring pre-mounted rails, easy access, and a simple yet secure locking system. Built with the same high-quality materials and finish as the PRO, it offers long-lasting durability in a sleek, modern design.

The Classic uses a trusted third-party fixation device, proven reliable for everyday use.

Note: Your vehicle must be at least 175 cm wide and have rear lighting positioned higher than the mounted box.
